HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS
Participating in the Mammography Outreach Project is simple and rewarding.

Receive a Mammogram Outreach Card:

Schedule and Complete Your Mammogram:

Take the card to your radiologist on the day of your exam.

Get Your Card Stamped:

Have your radiologist stamp the card as proof of your mammogram.

Return the Card to Sister2Sister:

Mail the stamped card back to us.

Earn a $10 ShopRite Card:

WHY MAMMOGRAMS MATTER
Regular mammograms can detect breast cancer early, often before symptoms appear, when the disease is most treatable. Unfortunately, many women in underserved communities face obstacles to accessing these critical screenings.
